The Telangana Poosala Sankshema Samithi (TPSS) was founded on May 15, 2021, with the profound motto, "For Us, By Us." Registered in 2021 (Regd. No. 1261/2021), the principal architects behind the establishment of this organization are Sri Podila Ajeya Babu and Sri Sheni Venkatesham.
TPSS: Our Vision and Need
The main objective of TPSS is to support the underprivileged members of the Poosala community. TPSS is a voluntary organization formed to create awareness and foster empowerment among Poosala community members regarding educational, employment, health, social, and political initiatives provided by Central and State Governments, as well as various social and voluntary organizations. Our goal is to assure them, "We are here for you," instilling confidence and a sense of belonging.
Financial Resources
TPSS utilizes every rupee with transparency, accountability, and good intent. Our financial resources primarily come from the following:
Membership Fees:
Currently, TPSS has 36 members. Each member is required to pay an admission fee of Rs. 5,000/- and a monthly contribution of Rs. 500/-.
Donors:
Inspired by our transparent services, many benevolent donors voluntarily provide contributions in cash or kind. Some of these include:
- Sri Nuthankanti Shashi Kiran, USA (Permanent Eminent Donor): Contributed one lakh rupees in cash.
- Sri Tupakula Ravindranath, USA (Distinguished Donor): Contributed twenty-five thousand rupees in cash.
- Sri Kaveti Dinesh, USA (Distinguished Donor): Contributed twenty-five thousand rupees in cash.
- Sri Panniru Satish Kumar: Not only established a website (www.tpsshelp.com) and a dedicated Android App (TPSSHelp) for our community, but also undertook their permanent maintenance. Furthermore, through his organization, WINDOWS SOFT IT HUB, he came forward to provide comprehensive support for the multifaceted development of the Poosala community, in the name of his late father, Swargiya Sri Panniru Sudhakar.
- However, since Sri Panniru Satish Kumar was unable to maintain the website as planned, the daughters of Swargiya Smt. Lakkarajula Girija Subuddhi – Krishna… Kanthi…… Kiranalu – have stepped forward to manage and update the website tpss.in with necessary modifications.
Chits/Pooled Funds:
With 20-25 compassionate members joining chits of Rs. 10,000/-, Rs. 5,000/-, and Rs. 25,000/- per month, TPSS has been able to address almost every request for health-related financial assistance received to date. TPSS is currently sustained by membership fees, monthly contributions, permanent donor funds, and proceeds from chit operations.
As of May 23, 2025, the number of beneficiaries who have received financial assistance from TPSS is 223. The total funds disbursed by the TPSS organization to beneficiaries so far amounting to Rs. 15,77,000/-.
In addition, for every felicitation program, members spontaneously come forward to contribute donations, helping TPSS to smoothly conduct these events.
It is the strong conviction of TPSS that all financial resources received are utilized without any waste, and every rupee reaches the deserving beneficiaries. Instead of directly accepting cash donations, we request that contributions be deposited into a joint account opened in the name of TELANGANA POOSALA SANKSHEMA SAMITHI (TPSS) at Axis Bank. TPSS accepts donations not only from community members within India but also from those living abroad, and even from non-Poosala community members.
Our Service Programs
To promptly examine applications from community members in distress and provide them with financial assistance, a "Health Committee" consisting of seven members has been established.
We also provide beneficiaries with essential items such as medicines, wheelchairs, oxygen concentrators, and cooking supplies. In cases where individuals suffering from financial difficulties request health support from TPSS but unfortunately pass away before receiving aid, we have also been providing financial assistance for funeral rites to their families for some time now.
Beyond health, TPSS is also striving to provide educational support. In line with this, the "TPSS Credit Cooperative Society" is formulating its guidelines.
In addition to undertaking these major programs, TPSS also focuses on community welfare by providing financial assistance to students who cannot afford the expenses of pursuing education in Civil Services, Groups, Medical, and Engineering fields. We also conduct programs to honor individuals who have excelled in education, employment, business, technology, culture, politics, and other fields.
The services of Dr. Marri Srinivasulu, who has been covering a significant portion of educational expenses, are highly commendable.
We humbly submit that every person born into the Poosala community is eligible to take an active role in these multifaceted programs of TPSS. TPSS cordially invites any like-minded members from Villages, Mandals, Districts, Cities, States, National, and International levels who are enthusiastic and selflessly willing to offer their services. This organization belongs to all of us.
However, TPSS humbly requests that members who come forward to provide such services possess discipline and a selfless spirit of service.
We humbly state that if members or donors voluntarily join and contribute to the financial strength of TPSS, the organization will be ready every minute to serve more community members and children.

తెలంగాణ పూసల సంక్షేమ సమితి (TPSS), "మన కోసం-మనం"అనే మహత్తర నినాదంతో 2021 మే 15న స్థాపించబడింది. 2021లో రిజిస్టర్ అయిన (Regd. No. 1261/2021) ఈ సంస్థ ఆవిర్భావానికి ప్రధాన కారకులు శ్రీ పొదిల అజేయ బాబుమరియు శ్రీ షేని వెంకటేశం.
TPSS: ఆశయం - ఆవశ్యకత
పూసల కులంలో ఉన్న నిరుపేదలకు అండగా నిలబడడమే TPSS ప్రధాన లక్ష్యం. కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు, వివిధ సామాజిక, స్వచ్ఛంద సంస్థలు అందించే విద్యా, ఉద్యోగ, ఆరోగ్య, సామాజిక, రాజకీయ కార్యకలాపాలపై పూసల కులస్థులకు అవగాహన కల్పించి, వారిలో చైతన్యం నింపి, "మేమున్నాం"అనే భరోసా కల్పించడం కోసం ఏర్పడిన స్వచ్ఛంద సంస్థే ఈ TPSS.
ఆర్థిక వనరులు
TPSS పారదర్శకంగా, జవాబుదారీతనంతో, సదుద్దేశంతో ప్రతి పైసాను వినియోగిస్తుంది. మా ఆర్థిక వనరులు ప్రధానంగా ఈ క్రింది వాటి నుండి లభిస్తాయి:
సభ్యుల చందాలు:
TPSSలో ఇప్పటివరకు 36 మందిసభ్యులు ఉన్నారు. ప్రతి సభ్యుడు ప్రవేశ రుసుము కింద రూ. 5,000/-చెల్లించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. అలాగే, ప్రతినెలా రూ. 500/-చొప్పున విరాళం చెల్లించాలి.
దాతలు:
మా పారదర్శక సేవలను చూసి స్ఫూర్తి పొంది అనేక మంది దాతలు స్వచ్ఛందంగా నగదు రూపంలో లేదా వస్తు రూపంలో విరాళాలు అందిస్తున్నారు. వారిలో కొందరు:
- శ్రీ నూతనకంటి శశి కిరణ్, USA (శాశ్వత మహోన్నత దాత):ఒక లక్ష రూపాయల నగదు విరాళం అందించారు.
- శ్రీ తుపాకుల రవీంద్రనాథ్, USA (విశిష్ట దాత):ఇరవై ఐదు వేల రూపాయల నగదు విరాళం అందించారు.
- శ్రీ కావేటి దినేష్, USA (విశిష్ట దాత):ఇరవై ఐదు వేల రూపాయల నగదు విరాళం అందించారు.
- శ్రీ పన్నీరు సతీష్ కుమార్:మనకంటూ ఒక వెబ్సైట్ (www.tpsshelp.com) మరియు ప్రత్యేకమైన Android App (TPSSHelp)ను అందించడమే కాకుండా, వీటి నిర్వహణ బాధ్యతను శాశ్వత ప్రాతిపదికన చేపట్టారు. అంతేకాకుండా, పూసల జాతి బహుముఖ అభివృద్ధి కోసం తమ WINDOWS SOFT IT HUBసంస్థ ద్వారా, వారి నాన్నగారు స్వర్గీయ శ్రీ పన్నీరు సుధాకర్ గారిపేరట అన్ని విధాలా సహకారం అందించడానికి ముందుకు వచ్చారు.

చీటీలు:
20-25 మంది సభ్యులతో ప్రతినెలా రూ. 10,000/-, రూ. 5,000/-, రూ. 25,000/- చొప్పున చీటీలలో చేరడానికి దయార్ద్ర హృదయులైన సభ్యులు ముందుకు రావడంతో, TPSS సంస్థ నుండి ఆరోగ్యపరంగా ఆర్థిక సహాయం కోరుతూ ఇప్పటివరకు అందిన ప్రతి అభ్యర్థనను స్వీకరిస్తోంది. సభ్యత్వ రుసుములు, నెలవారీ చందాలు, శాశ్వత దాతల విరాళాలు మరియు చీటీల ద్వారా వస్తున్న నిధులతో TPSS ప్రస్తుతానికి తన కార్యకలాపాలను నడిపిస్తోంది.
2025 మే 23వరకు TPSS నుండి ఆర్థిక సహాయం పొందిన లబ్ధిదారుల సంఖ్య: 223. ఇప్పటివరకు TPSS సంస్థ లబ్ధిదారులకు విడుదల చేసిన మొత్తం నిధులు: రూ. 15,77,000/-.
ఇవి కాకుండా, ప్రతీ సన్మాన కార్యక్రమానికి సభ్యులు స్వచ్ఛందంగా ముందుకు వచ్చి విరాళాలు అందిస్తూ, ఆ కార్యక్రమాలను సజావుగా సాగేలా మన TPSS సహకరిస్తోంది.
TPSS కు అందుతున్న ఆర్థిక వనరులను ఎంతమాత్రం వృధా చేయకుండా, ప్రతి రూపాయిని అర్హులైన బాధితులకు అందజేయడమే TPSS అభిమతం. వచ్చిన విరాళాలను నేరుగా తీసుకోకుండా, TELANGANA POOSALA SANKSHEMA SAMITHI (TPSS)పేరిట యాక్సిస్ బ్యాంక్లో ఓపెన్ చేసిన జాయింట్ అకౌంట్లోజమ చేయమని అభ్యర్థించడం జరుగుతుంది. TPSS కేవలం మన దేశంలోని కుల సభ్యుల నుండే కాకుండా, విదేశాలలో ఉన్న కుల సభ్యుల నుండి, అలాగే పూసల కులేతర సభ్యుల నుండి కూడా విరాళాలను స్వీకరిస్తుంది.
మా సేవా కార్యక్రమాలు
కులస్థుల నుండి ఆపదలో ఉన్నామని వచ్చిన దరఖాస్తులను తక్షణమే పరిశీలించి వారికి ఆర్థిక సహాయం అందించడానికి ఏడుగురు సభ్యులతో కూడిన ఒక "హెల్త్ కమిటీ"ఏర్పాటు చేయబడింది.
లబ్ధిదారులకు అవసరమైన మందులు, వీల్ చైర్, ఆక్సిజన్ కాన్సంట్రేటర్, వంట సామాగ్రి వంటివి కూడా అందజేయడం జరుగుతోంది. ఆర్థిక ఇబ్బందులతో బాధపడుతూ, TPSS నుండి ఆరోగ్య పరిరక్షణ గురించి అభ్యర్థించి, సహాయం అందకముందే మరణించిన వారి కుటుంబాలకు కర్మకాండల నిమిత్తం కూడా కొంతకాలం నుండి ఆర్థిక సహాయం అందించడం కూడా జరుగుతుంది.
ఆరోగ్య పరంగానే కాకుండా, విద్యాపరంగా కూడా అండగా నిలబడాలనే తపనతో TPSS అడుగులు ముందుకు వేస్తుంది. దీనితో పాటు, "TPSS పరపతి సహకార సంఘం"తన విధివిధానాలను రూపొందించుకుంటోంది.

చదువులకయ్యే ఖర్చులలో సింహభాగం అందిస్తూ వస్తున్న డాక్టర్ మర్రి శ్రీనివాసులు గారిసేవలు ప్రశంసనీయం.
ఇలాంటి బహుముఖ కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టడానికిTPSS లో చురుకైన పాత్ర వహించడానికి పూసల కులంలో జన్మించిన ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ అర్హులే అని సవినయంగా మనవి చేస్తున్నాం.. . గ్రామ స్థాయి, మండల స్థాయి, జిల్లా స్థాయి, పట్టణ స్థాయి, రాష్ట్ర స్థాయి, దేశ స్థాయి, విదేశ స్థాయిలో ఉంటున్న 'లైక్-మైండెడ్' సభ్యులెవరైనా తమ సేవలను అందించడానికి ఉత్సాహంగా, నిస్వార్థంగా ముందుకు రావాలనుకుంటున్న వారిని మన TPSS సాదరంగా ఆహ్వానిస్తుంది. ఈ సంస్థ మనందరిది.
అయితే, ఇలాంటి సేవలు అందించడానికి ముందుకు వచ్చే సభ్యులకు క్రమశిక్షణతో కూడిన నిస్వార్థ సేవా తత్పరత చాలా అవసరమని TPSS సవినయంగా మనవి చేసుకుంటుంది.
